If for any reason beyond CR Herman David’s control, CR Herman David is unable to meet a commitment for a specific fabric color, lace color, or lace width, CR Herman David will work with you to find an acceptable solution. All orders are contingent upon accidents or delays beyond CR Herman David’s control. All sales of product are final. |

Orders of 300 or more, require the completion of a Quote Request Form, which is available via e-mail. To request this form, please send an e-mail to quoterequest@CRHermanDavid.com or send a written request to: CR Herman David, P.O. Box 9262, Vallejo, CA 94591. |

Inspect all product(s) upon receipt. If damaged in any way, send us an e-mail reporting the damaged product(s), and return the product(s) in its original shipping package to us at CR Herman David, 101 W. American Canyon Road, #508-321, American Canyon, CA 94503 via an insured carrier within three (3) days of receipt of delivery. Once we receive the product(s), we will inspect it to access its damage, and if necessary, re-ship new product(s) to you.
If the UPS shipping package(s) is damaged as well as the product(s), please do not sign for it; however, if you do sign, do the following: |

- send us an e-mail immediately--no later than three (3) days of receipt of the delivery date;
- keep the original shipping package(s), including the merchandise and all packing materials;
- contact UPS immediately via phone at (800) 742-5877 or via e-mail at www.ups.com to report the damaged package(s); and
- request UPS to return the product(s) to our address listed on the package(s). (There should be no shipping charges associated with returning the damaged package(s) and its product(s); however, if so, you are responsible for these shipping charges.)

Once we receive the product(s) and notification from UPS about the damage report, we will inspect the product(s) to access its damage, and if necessary, re-ship new product(s) to you.
It is very important that we be notified immediately of the damaged product(s) and/or package. Within three (3) days of receipt of the delivery date, we need to receive notification: an e-mail sent to info@CRHermanDavid.com; the damaged product(s) returned to CR Herman David, 101 W. American Canyon Road, #508-321, American Canyon, CA 94503 via an insured carrier; or notification from UPS about the damage report. If we do not receive such notification, it is unlikely that new product(s) will be shipped as a replacement for the damaged product(s). |
